Power Washing Siblings LLC provides pressure washing, soft washing, and related exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial customers in Arlington, VA and the surrounding DMV area. Specific services, pricing, and scope will be outlined in your quote or service agreement.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through our Site, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes once we inspect the property.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We will schedule services based on availability and, where applicable, weather conditions. We ask that customers provide reasonable notice (at least 24 hours where possible) if they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through the methods listed on your invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Communications

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive communications from us related to your service, including appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, and invoices via text (SMS) and email. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate property access and contact information
Removing or securing personal items, vehicles, and pets from the work area prior to service
Notifying us of any known surface sensitivities, prior damage, or special conditions at the property

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to perform our services professionally, Power Washing Siblings LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from surfaces or materials not disclosed to us prior to service. Any claims related to service must be reported within 48 hours of job completion.

8. Satisfaction

If you're not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the issue.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
